Yep, I've officially got a MySpace account for the hosting of my music. So far, I've got one song recorded and uploaded, and I'm a bit over my head in school work right now, so I won't get anything else up for a short while yet. However, I like the song I've got posted at the moment, despite less-than-desirable recording quality.
Feedback would be much appreciated. Serious feedback, like the kind you'd want if you posted an Audio Arena link. Yes, this does mean you.
Also, my persona while working on this project is Admiral Amara. Don't ask.

I'll tell you what I think... honestly and constructively.
I really liked it alot. The harmonies were great and the chord progression was really pleasing to listen to. Though it was a bit repetitive, I could tell that you were improvising and it remained pleasing to the ear. The echo effect was very much enjoyable also
I didn't like the loud distorted section closer to the end. I believe that harmonies worked well, but the rhythm was a bit repetitive. Nevertheless, I enjoyed it and would listen to more if you record other stuff.
I hope you find this review useful

Yes, actually, I did think that was a useful review. It is a bit repetitive, but that's mostly because I'm a terrible lead player :p
I'll be attempting to write myself other parts in to fill the "repetitive" gap, perhaps more piano parts, or actual attempts at solos. It is also my intent to arrange this so that drums are involved... that distorted section is intended to be the climax of the piece, but with only minimal resources, I can't truly convey that yet. I'll work on it, however.
Thanks for listening! I'll go listen to yours in return. Anybody else?

Now that I read you response. That would actually be really good to put something else over the top of that. That's a fabulous texture to fit underneath something else melodic. I just assumed that it was a completely melodic piece, sometimes I forget that textures are sometimes the best things in music.

Well, I might as well give myself an uber-bump, as well as make note of the fact that I've updated with much new stuff.
"dreams parts 1 and 2" and "dreams parts 3 and 4" are all one song, but the whole thing refused to fit on MySpace, so I split it in half. "thumb piano 12-26" can be ignored, as it was refined into part one of "dreams".
Have fun.
