I need help. the song "ugly" by sevendust, its a cover song right? who made the original?

i cant find the bass tab for their take on it, so im gonna try to see if i can get the tab for the original. thx for ny help.:thumb:

I didnt know it was a cover. Im sure you can figure out the bass tab fairly easy by ear. The notes sound mainly like open and low notes probably nothing higher than the 5th fret on the low e string. I'll be buying than cd in a few hour after I get paid. Im also looking foward to buying their "Best of " later this month.

Sevendust are a good, but an unconsistent hard rock group. They had great stuff over the years, and now they are just making (no other way to say it) bad music. Next, and Seasons have been very uninspired albums, for me anyway. Or it could be the last two albums sucked. For someone who has listened to songs like Crumbled, Crucified, and Waffle, it's sad to see them be so disappointing... Like Mudvayne, I hope they return to their former glory.
