okay

im a drummer but i love bass and i like it almost asmuch as drums

i want to get a bass and i want something fairly cheap

im thinking about an acoustic because then i wouldnt need an amp
what are some good beginner electrics, begginner acoustics and cheap amps 10 watts would even be enough

123. It's the best starter package around IMO. The bass will last you a few years at least.

There's some good starter packs for 200 on music123. They're not bad, but if you want a good instrument I'd go with the ibenez or the squier.

Acoutics sound ****ty in my oppinion, even the thousand dollar ones.

If you don't want to go the road of starter packs, maybe a rogue bass ($99 usd) with a cheap guitar amp played very low? You're prolly not gonna get away with anything less than $150 for bass and an amp.

ibanez starter pack deffinatly. i was the same way and i have to say playing both bass and drums really helps u progress with both instruments as far as creativity and teh ability to lock in with drums and bass go
