IN my honest opinion I don't like the finish. Sorry man, but we all have our own preferences.

You know, I really like the look of this setup. I don't know why, it just really says "yes" to me.
Nice setup.
whats the stand holding your crash and china?

looks like a dw 9700, cept with an extra half inch boom holder. the one holding the china is a puppy bone i believe. this guy knows his gear

thanks guys :)
My stand holding my crash and my china is a DW 9702 Dual Cymbal Multi-Stand
I love natural finishes, but i did a very crappy job at refinishing my drums. I didn't even stain them or anything. Oh well ..

nice kit man, looks like a simple and comfy set-up i like:thumb:
I have those exact nipple-like earplugs  Get some Isophones man they work way better than those stuff :D
But really nice clean tight setup there, planning to add any more cymbals or gear?

Thanks guys ..
The finish isn't very nice in real life .. and no, i didn't buy them in a natural finish i refinished them.
My tom mounts are similar to the pearls one. I hate them very much. They suck.
I have isophones, but they don't fit on my ears because my ear lobes are stretched to 3/4" of an inch.
I won't add cymbals, but I'll replace my ride and my 16" crash and maybe my wuhan china. I will also replace my ride stand to a DW 5000 straight/boom stand (like the one that is holding my 16" crash)
I don't like tilting my cymbals, and my throne is very high so no chances of breaking a cymbal. I never broke one and i sit pretty high. No worries.

I have that same kit. When you refinished yours, did you find big holes in the wood? I did. I stained them, but now I have to go back and wood-fill, then I think I'll paint them something cool.

Nope, no holes in the wood ..
