Random song chosen from my little archive. And the title is what it says, its not U.S., its us (originally "Waging a personal war against the nations of us"). have fun, C4C, blah blah blah, im sure you guys know the drill...have at you. (oh and this is straight off from the file, so it probably has no previous editing...lol) Its a weird rhyming scheme, and the tempo will be wierd, but mostly cause its kinda Coheed and Cambria inspired (as it says in my musics notes lol) so yeah, I understand if your confused...just work around it...

with no further ado...

Waging a war against the nations of us

can you taste the napalm air,
streaming the bombers scream,
can you see the people scared,
well its their fault it seems, to me,

And we,
we fought, along,
this one,
and we,
we'll win,
just this one,

Can you see the streaming reds,
flowing from the burning dead,
as the bodies,
pile the streets,
Screaming children wondering,
as parents are left wandering,
can you see what we have done?

And we,
we fought,
along,
and we've won,
again,

I smell the charring napalm burning through the roofs,
but is the world ready for this?
I glance in me to see this through,
can I force myself through it?
Because we,
we've won a war,
even,
if it was false,
again,

Look back at what I have done,
was it war or was it fun?
I cant tell what has begun,
because I,
have forced to forget,

Looking back at what we've won,
killing off all that would dare to run,
and I'm,
ready for some more,

And we,
march the streets,
and we search,
for the end,
again,

I smell the morning rise again,
hear the bombers screeching in,
lock and load to go again,
for we, are nothing of men.
