Any other huge Darkness fans here? I can't get enough of them. In a musical world full of crap emo and hardcore, and pop punk teeny boppers like Son of Dork, McFly et all clogging up the radio, The Darkness were a breath of fresh air when they released Permission to Land, and I fell in love with their nonchalant, gutsy and often humourous lyrics, and riffs that just made you want to grab that air guitar. Now their new album's out, I'm just as happy. Yes, maybe their producer turned down the guitars a bit in favour of synths and vocals, but the same catchy formula remains. Songs like Hazel Eyes, Is it Just Me?, English Country Gardens and Dinner Lady Arms can't be competed with in terms of pure catchyness. They're bringing back true rock and roll in a kick-*** way, and I can't wait for album three!
I wasn't a huge fan at first but I don't mind the new one one i've been hearing.

Jesus, there is a thread made on them every other day.
Sorry, I was a bit hyper and made the thread too quick.
