This question is for those of you who use or have used a Badass bridge on your bass! Do you feel the Badass bridge has made enough of a difference in tone, stability, etc to justify buying it? I am thinking about getting the new Badass 3 bridge for my Fender jazz bass and want feedback from other users.

Thanks!

If that is the case then why do several pros use the bridge and swear that it makes a difference?!?

they got it for free because their "endorsing" it.

Tim Commerford also says that a left-handed neck on a right-handed bass increases string tension, even though physics completely disproves him. I put no faith in what the so-called "pros" say. I use my brain, logic and physics to govern my decisions. Those three things are infinitely more useful than what someone who likely doesn't even tune his own bass has to say.

well mine has a bettert sustain and plus it has a more focused tone.. just to prove it has something to say..

the badassII is much more solid than a stock fender bridge.. metal is really solid and conducts sound better than an less solid bridge lika a stock bridge.. the badass there for conducts the tone through the wood and changes the tone.. and plus instead of stopping the tone the solid metal holds it longer..
