Who cares what it looks like, you know it's professional by the praise they get on these forums.

I would say more bare-bones than unprofessional. As we are a small company who has been in business for less than a decade we're doing quite well. Most of the companies like Music123 and MusiciansFriend have been in the mailorder business for 20, 30, or 40 years leading them to have much more capital to spend on expensive websites.

Besides, having a flashy website doesn't mean a thing if you have poor customer service.

And to BrokenSticks, 14x14's in AHG are on backorder for about 4 weeks

Long as the gear gets there on time who cares what the site looks like... The people who say that are the same people who think tama superstars look "cool"

If GC doesn't give a good deal on a 17" AAX Studio Crash I'll be ordering from Mass Music.
