Okay well, I'll listen. But this thread is in the wrong spot. I'll request that a mod moves it the AUDIO ARENA where all users are supposed to post their bands and band music.

I thought it was very boring and uninspired. I could predict what was going to happen all the way up until 1:36 where I couldn't stand it any longer and turned it off. The guitar work wasn't anything spectacular, same with the drums, and the vocals were very typical of that style of music. (ie. I can't distinguish them from most other bands of the same style.)

Remember (if you reply), you asked for everyone's opinion, not hardcore fans in general.

hmm not my sort of thing, infact i hate heavy metal, hardcore stuff (give me sigur ros rather than metallica any day of the week)

so i'll have my say and leave you alone

the mix is awful, the song would improve 100% if it was mixed the right way. the guitar wasn't great like that other guy said but metal/hardcore guitar is usually simple, so it works well for the genre.

i thought the vocals were good, not great, but again witht the right mix, etc. it would sound better.

the drumming was a little off and WAY off in some places but im just being fussy now.......

if its an out of 10 thing your looking for.....

7/10 for metal/hardcore fans 3/10 for the rest of us.

now listen to my music please!!lol

i would but my sound card is broken ... thanks for the responses i am waaaaaaaay aware of the mixing ... this was recorded a while back ago and was free . cant beat that quality for free maybe you could but who cares that is definantly one of our less technical songs by the way were going to an awesome studio thats done records for epic records and were getting a 4 song demo for around 500 with mixing ill post them when we finish

I'm not a fan of screaming and stuff, so I can't really judge that. I liked the music, and the opening riff was pretty cool. The middle slow part was enjoyable too, just that it was a little quiet, but the recording wasn't the best quality so I won't hold that against you. There were some chord progressions you could've beefed up and made them a little more sophisticated because they came off sort of textbook beginner stuff. The drumming and stuff sounded alright, I'm not much of a judge for percussion. The bass had some memorable moments.
