The basic structure for www.drum.com.au is now online. The site is geared around drummers in the local scene (Perth, Western Australia) but as time progresses it will become an extensive information source for drummers everywhere.

Every month or so, the site will be updated with drum lessons, product reviews, interviews, etc and in the near future will have more features such as contact details for drum teachers across Perth aswell as a handy 'tips and hints' section for the gigging musician. There are even plans to incorporate a transcription category if possible.

Please feel free to take a few moments to browse through the site and enjoy!

Its taken me ages to get to the point where it can actually go online!

That is a pretty comprehensive website. I like it, I wish there was something like that in my area. Excellent job.:thumb:

Sounds cool. The lessons should be available in html as an option, unless I missed something.

Lessons are only available in pdf format at the moment, to keep them more easily organised.

Glad to see another aussie site. I hope it's successful, but with the current design, I somehow doubt it.

Why-so Rich?

Its simple in design but not everyone enjoys huge flash intros..

It will eventually be content rich, easy to navigate, with no popups and allowances for plenty of input

Need we ask for more?

Just a bit hard to read, poor design lay out, too many harsh colours (reds, blues, and yellows). You made it with Frontpage.

All I'm saying is that it's not going to win any design awards. Hopefully the content will be plus plus though.
