Hey guys,
I just recently ordered some stuff from Massmusic and I was extremely satisfied with the service and dedication I received!
I'm gonna rip off the body from the other guy...
Heres a summary:
How does the site look: Front page is ordinary but information for products is very extensive/detailed
Good selection of products: All major brands with many smaller ones
Do the products have good info: Information is very complete
Do they have good prices:They have much better prices than Musicianfriends and Music123. They also match or beat competitors prices. Their prices are usually 10% less than those of Musicianfriends
Do they have good shipping charges:Very good, considering that they ship from Arizona.
How was their customer service:Best I've had! E-mails are replied within a day and if you have an immediate question, their online chat is there to help you. Very experienced musicians with very good advice/opinions.
Shipping time:Items were shipped ASAP and is currently on their way here
Would You buy again from the store:I'm ordering alot of stuff from them in the near future.
Overall Rating:
9/10 I recommend this shop over MusicianFriends and even more over Music123. Have any problems ask Reade or Andy over there!
