Hey, just wondering the difference between these 3 basses. I know that the MIA has a reinforced neck but thats about it...any help would be appreciated! thanks.

MIA -- better quality woods, electronics, build quality, resale value, etc.

Highway 1 -- made in usa, but with mostly MIM components.

MIM -- Pretty self explanatory. Still a well constructed bass with good parts, just not as high-end as the MIA models. I own a MIM Jazz.

To add to that...

American Series - has the S1 switch
Highway One - different finish that ages more quickly and enhances tone, apparently they have better pickups than the Standard
Standard Series - pretty much how Ian explained it.
