Found this bass for $204 (559 retail) after tax. I'm so happy its not even funny. Too bad I don't get it till Christmas.

They had a MIM P-bass for $125 too, but I couldn't get both.

The pawn shops around here try to charge $800 for horrid basses in utter crap condition.

The nearest pawn shop around here charge like 3 times the regular retail amount. It takes quite a bit if haggling to get the price down to something reasonable.

my pawn shops are ok... sometimes they're great, sometimes not.... like, $450 for a Galveston 4 string.... BUT... $200 for an Ibanez BTB400 in Red!
