I am going to see 311 and AAF

On Wedensday! And I am so excited. I really don't listen to these bands but I do respect 311. Anyhoo. Not much to discuss but I heard P-nut and Tye Zamora are great bassists. Has anyone else had the privledge to see one of these bands live?

there was a thread on it the other day..... i heard it on the radio too...

basicall. stapp was drunk.. made an *** of himself, said the wrong thing to Chads (drummer) wife and chad went off on him.. stapp sucker punched chad, then SA (vocal / dj) hit stapp, then chad too...

and out of all of this, p-nutt got a surgury wound re-opened? he didint even fight? :lol:

I just saw AAF about a month ago, and it was unbelievably fantastic. Make sure and watch closely at Tye's stage presence. Not only is he an amazing bassist, but the guy pretty much owns the stage AND the crowd. Stick around at the end of their set for their infamous jazz trio breakdown, its fantastic.

i saw 311 at summerfest two years ago(big wisconsin music fest), and they rocked. one of the best shows ive ever seen. id love to see aaf too.

i saw 311 the night after they got into that fight..they played a hell of a show...P-Nut was amazing as usual. They are one of my favorite live bands they get better every time ( incubus is my favorite...but i have yet to see the chili peppers)
