So this morning I knocked over a bottle of coke and some of it spilt into my keyboard. I started using it and it was playing up, so I opened it and saw some coke on the circuit board. So I cleaned that and now it seems that some of the buttons are doing multiple things. For example, if I push my right ctrl key it goes to the previous song in meda player and if I push the right one it opens the calculator.
So along with those new additions there are other problems, so my question is do I need a new keyboard? Can I fix it? Can I do anything?

If you open it up and clean it all, including the rubber insert that goes on top of the circuit board but below the keys and let it dry properly it should all work fine.

not like a keyboard costs that much anyway...

You can also try reinstalling the drivers if above suggestion doesn't work. But liquids tend not to mix well with circuitry.

Yeah but that means I have to go to the effort of going to get one.
It seems to be working fine now, letting it dry properly seemed to do the trick. Thanks for your help guys :thumb:.
