I know this has been done before but...
I bought group sex a few months ago and it is one of the best albums ever and also have wild in the streets(Not as good) but still decent.

Alot of people say the greatness of group sex was never repeated i was wondering is there any other albums of there worth a listen ?

i know there must be a lot of fans in here of this great band in here,
That influenced various bands of differnt bands of various genres

They are a really good band indeed. I think they did a better job on Nervous Breakdown than Black Flag and in general I prefer them to Black Flag.

Group Sex > Every other Circle Jerks album. Oddities, Abnormalities, and Curiousities (I think that's it) is pretty good too. I'd say my favorite song off of it is "Teenage Electric". I'll try and add a bunch of music today so I can have it on Soulseek.

Circle Jerks are ****ing amazing. One of my top three favorite 80's hardcore bands. I like them more than Black Flag.

Back Against a Wall is amazing.

I like Oddities, Abnormalities, and Curiosities. I have Group Sex, Wild in the Streets, Golden Shower of Hits, and Oddities, Abnormalities, and Curiosities. I'll YSI all of them and submit them for the mucho-punk list. Except for Group Sex since that was just sent.

I used to listen to this band. Then I just stopped. I don't like them anymore. Don't like that real style of punk anymore.

I've never really gotten into Circle Jerks. I'm downloading more of their stuff as i type. But i'd pick Black Flag over Circle Jerks

Circle Jerks have a lot of energy live, despite being old ****ers. Both times I saw them, they played for an hour and a half, stopped for a ten minute break, then played for a other half hour.

I'm not a huge fan of punk anymore. It gets it's listens, but I'm also active in my forums.:rolleyes:

Now that you mentioned it, how old ARE they? On "Wild on the Streets"'s linear notes, they looked about 21ish, and that was realesed in about the late 80's...

Haha, i listen and tried group sex, wasnt for me. On a serious note tho i really did enjoy that album and enjoy the band generally. My favourites off that album are "group sex" and "world up my ***"

Group Sex is awesome. It doesn't last song but that doesn't matter it's so intense. The Circle Jerks are great.

I love Circle Jerks' energy. Group Sex owns, as does Wild in the Streets, which was the first album of theirs that i heard.

I think the circle jerks are possibly the greatest old school punk band but after golden shower of hits which isnt that great anyway they turned into this rock band and stopped playing fast with IV and wonderful those cds arent that great

What are you talking about. Keith Morris was the original Black Flag vocalist who formed the Circle Jerks after Black Flag, not Henry Rollins. He joined Black Flag after State of Alert.
