My tuners gay

My tuner is not responding when I attempt to tune it.

Is there anyway I can tune up with out it?




Note-I suck at tuning by ear.

You still need to use your ear, but matching the notes should be easy enough.

I used powertab when I had no tuner.

I still have no tuner, but my 6 string doesn't detune. :D

@Threadstarter: if nothing else, try using the 12th fret to tune instead. It might be able to pick up the higher note. If not, then it might be time to learn by ear.

Yes, haha, I got it tuned up though.


Sort of by ear.

Its good enough that I dont cringe when ever I play.

I know its great, my schecter doesn't want to detune either...every once in awhile i check it but its still good!

i wasnt aware that tuners had the ability of being homosexual.

Try a diffrent set of batteries maybe, or take them out and put them back in.
