How much would you expect to pay for a second hand 14x5.5 Jarrah Ply Brady snare? Blue Fiddleback Gloss.

1 year old, mint condition.

Help much appreciated.

Well I found this on Ebay...
http://cgi.ebay.com/BRADY-5-5-5-1-2-X-14-INCH-JARRAH-WOOD-SNARE_W0QQitemZ7370444492QQcategoryZ38095QQssPageN ameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
Starting at $250, but don't expect it so sell for less then $600 or so.

Also I found this new...

Its a 12" diameter drum going for $630, expect a new 14" drum to sell for $800-$900.

I think he is buying one.

You can get Joshua Tree Percussion to make a real nice snare. And about 1/2 or less than Brady.

haha yeah im selling mine, a) its not the right sound i want, brass is after playing a steve ferronne snare b)its impossible to record with it, i hit hard and the jarrah is the loudest thing on earth, so it just bleeds through all the mics and
c) im getting an all black DW brass snare.

Ive sold it for £300 to one of my students i teach which is cool, gave him a discount.

Yeah bimms good, i would go into detail but have better things to do.
