Snare wires

I'm looking to replace my snare wires soon and I was wondering, what do you guys think are the best set of snare wires and why? I will only pay up to $20 for a set of snare wires. I have been using Puresound blasters for a while.

Mine don't really seat right. The outer wires don't touch the snare head. My snare wires are worn out though so I should replace them anyways.

I use gibraltar snare wires. They do the job.

i use puresound blasters.....so....um.....i don't know what to tell ya

Puresounds are a rip off IMO.

I can't tell any difference between those and simple gibraltar wires.

Looks like I will probably get gibraltar snare wires then. They cost half of what Puresound blasters cost. I hope they will seat better in the snare bed than the puresounds...
