You know those Line 6 guitar port things they have in musicians friend? Do those work good for basses too?

yes they will work basses the same way. you can plug ur bass in a nd make a line with the built-in drum machine known as "instant-drummer". then you can add guitar parts and so on. its very cool becuase i think it does multitracking very nice.

yep i use one :) the tones not very good though....you lose a lot off low end
