the shortcut is what is on your desktop, it is just a link to the actual file. find where you saved the file and upload that

if the file is a .mpg, .avi, .mpeg, .mp3, etc, just locate the actual file and upload that. what you're uploading is a .m3u file, which is not something the rest of us can see.

in you send it, open up the browser, load up the movie/song/etc, and click on that. or, if you downloaded the actual streaming audio file (which would be .m3u i think) from a site(or did you get it from limewire? wasn't paying attention) then just link that site here.
