there's slight variations to it.

the one I know is, roughly:
snare-SNARE BASS CRASH
(baDA BOOM CSH!)

or, get rid of the first snare hit, and just to snare-bass-crash, or snare-floortom-crash.

etc etc.

It's actually a complex variation of triplets played between the floor tom bass drum and snare (Must be a wooden snare though, or else it won't sound anything like how it should.) Oh yeah, make sure you have a cowbell or else it won't work either.

this is so stupid. for the record, i think it's a rimshot they use, not just normal snare. if i'm wrong though, don't bother to correct me, i couldn't care less.
