I thought it was about time I posted some pics of my new kit!

Mapex Pro-M, Transparent Black,

24"X18" Kick

13"x10" Mounted Tom

16"X16" Floor Tom

18"x18" Floor Tom

14"x6.5" Snare

Cymbals - 14" Istanbul Agop Alchemy Hand Hammered Hats
16" Paiste 502 Crash (I kept this one over from my original setup - it's actually not too bad - will replace it soon tho')
18" Bosphorus Gold Power Heavy Crash
20" Istanbul Agop Signature Dry Ride
I also have (not in these pics) a ZXT 14" Total China

Heads are all Evans G2 Coated, except for the kick which is Evans Emad, and snare which is Aquarian Hi-Energy
Pedal is BigDog E002 Pro double-chain

The eagle eyed will soon notice the broken reso side hoop! Mr Postman kindly hurled my drum out of a second storey window I think! A claim is being filed against them as I write this:angry:

Everything looks so cramped. I'm getting RSI just looking at it.

Yeah I know! I've got used to it tho', and I usually pull it out a bit for proper practising to give myself more room!

 I was wondering who'd mention that!

Yes, it's the 12" tom from my Rockstar kit; I've always played 2 up 1 down, and this kit is 1 up 2 down - I tried to adjust, but found it hard, so I stole the twin tom holder and a tom from my old kit, so now I've got 2 and 2!

Unfortunately, I'm selling the Rockstar now, so I'll have to give it up.

Guess what's on my Xmas pressie list? :D

I'm guessing it's the angle of the shots but your one floor tom looks a little out of reach...

But nice kit! :thumb:

Great kit and cymbals.

But I gotta say, get those rings outta there!

I could see if it was a Pearl Forum, or something along those lines, but those are great drums, let them sing LIKE ANGELS.

to Plan B - sorry, but I just like the sound of e-rings on my drums...

I've always liked my drums as close together as possible - even with my old kit therewas just enough room for my right thigh inbetween the floor tom and snare, It's what you get used to I suppose.

Has anyone else had a bit of trouble adapting to a 1-up 2-down after a standard setup?
