Does anyone know where i can by anything Slingerland (like Musiciansfriend, Samash... etc.) cuz i cant find anything...

What do you guys think of Slingerlands?

I think vintage is the best option. Vintagedrum.com sells'em. Great prices too. A slingy might be my new set, when I opt for one.

I <3 my slings. Samash or MF would not sell them, though. Also, when you get a set, make sure they're older. Gibson bought out slingerland, quality went down major.

I could try to get you some second hand ones from 1971 I think. I dunno if the guy is actually selling them, but I'll see.

Old Slingerlands are nice, but so are new ones.

You can probably pick up a vintage kit in good shape for 1200 bucks. New kits are expensive.

dont get new ones. Gibson bought them out and completely ignored them. So yeah quality is down. Get something vintage. But also look into old ludwigs, leedys, wfl, gretsch andything like that
