Hey All I am getting the EMG zakk Wylde pickup set so I will be getting all new electronics aceppt for the pickup selector. Anyway I was looking at the back of my pickup selector and noticed that the bottom (bridge) post was lose and wiggly. Is this bad? should I get a new one? Im getting all new electronics so maybe I should get a new pickup selector too. The way the guitar works is still fine. I can get one for around $20 CDN.

How loose is it? Pickup selectors aren't meant to be tight, you need to flick that switch in the midst of going from that bridge riff to the solo.

Kinda hard to descripe what I am talking about. In the inside at the back of the pickup selector there are three spots were wires are soldered. The bridge spot is lose (were the wire is soldered), I was just wondering if that could become a problem and if I should just buy a new PU selector.
