ok so i got a wine red Rydeen kit in about may. it was my 1st kit that i really owned but im ready 4 an upgrade. Im lookin at a Sonor 3005 5 piece kit standard series. So my 2 questions are are 1 what do u think of that kit is it worth 1000 bux. and 2 how my do u think i can get 4 my kit. theres no damage 2 the kit. i mean its got scratchs n stuff but, theres nothin wrong with it. the specs on the kit are
bass 22"x16"
toms 16"x16" 13"x9 1/2" 12"x9"
snare 14"x5 1/2"
i wont be selling any hardware cuz i will be savin that 4 my practice kit (dont ask) im thinking i can get about 250 or 300 for it.
but any advice u guys/gals culd give me would be great thanx

hmm.....If you can find a little newbie kid looking for a first set, you may be able to sell your kit for a decent amount to him (rip him off)

---But i;ve never played a 3005, so i can't give any advice on that front.

everyone here seems to love 3005's to bits, so they seem to be worth the money

I own 3005's that I got, I can't say when but i'm in Canada so I can tell you I got it as the hockey season just started. They are definately worth the money, great for the price. The hardware it comes with is great, very sturdy and the mounting system is simple and awesome. The stock heads are not great but thats to be expected but they are not terrible, possible to be tuned alright. Overall it's a great kit for the price and you won't regret buying it. Hope I helped.
