I know everybody in R&M will be watching!!
Whats the deal with the new guitar player, he is not listed as part of the band on the website. I hear they are kind of pricks about him "really" being in the band or is he still in? All of thier latest pics on the website just show the four of them. I read they are not sure if they want him onstage with them, he is probably treated like a scrub...I guess we'll see...

I heard some "twisted transister" single from them. It was just awful. I would have rather listened to briteny spears.

I am kinda 50/50 on Korn but i saw them live a few years back on the Tour with no name and they throw a great live show, they had a great live sound.

I'll watch it. I don't really like Korn too much, and their new song really sucks. I still will watch it just because I like to see live music that's even remotely heavy.

Has anyone seen there new video :lol: i know its kinda gay to get a whole bunch of mainstream rappers to be in your vid but ill make an exception for Lil' John and Xibit and Snoop cause they where funny as hell in that video.

looks to me as though only one of the two Latino members is dressed in the "ghetto," apparel. Thank you for proving you have no clue what you're talking about.
Korn died when Head quit, Munky cannot play by himself, and the new guitarist is just a touring musician, they refuse to replace Head.

I watched Headbanger's Ball instead. Most of the bands were pretty lame, but the Korn video was actually pretty cool. I like how Xzhibit mimics Fieldy's goofyass style. In fact, Korn as a whole is fun to watch (not listen) because they all have a certain way of acting when they play. I think the rappers did it well for the "performance" shots.

Yes, but you must admit, they aren't a bunch of talentless "faggots, wiggers, etc." they're just a weird group of Latino musicians who play(-ed) with a bizarre form of originality (though I like Take a Look in the Mirror, I will admit they lost all originality when they released it.

The first song seemed really un-angry I didn't like it, it seemed too chill. I wanted some nu-metal screams or something.
Yeah, I've never really liked Korn(beside self-titled), but at least they seemed kind of heavy and angry. The new song doesn't even sound angry. This is disappointing, because for the first time in a long time, they actually have something to be angry about(Head quitting).

He's probably the most technically proficient member of Korn. He's not a bad drummer by any means.

Dude, the entire band is technically proficient, I'd upload some of their demo material if it were still legal :upset:. They just much prefer going with a more raw, primal sound, and it totally worked for their song writing imo.

Actually, I do remeber reading that Munk is a pretty imoressive guitar player when he wants to be. Forldy on the other hand, I can't see him being to skilled, but I could be wrong.

When Fieldy played his Fender on their self-produced EP, Niedermeinders Brain, you could actually hear the notes he was playing when he slapped, rather than the clicking sound he got when he switched to his Ibanez, the main problem is that he uses a bass with really low action, so it just sounds horrible.

Yeah, he's really quite talented, he only really shows the full extent of his voice on two songs though: Blind, and Let's Do This Now.

I liked Freak on a Leash, but the performance was lacking without Head. It sounded empty. Otherwise good performance, plus Jonathan Davis. Although the lyrics for 'Twisted Transistor' are stupid, he sounded great, same for Freak on a Leash.
i didnt see the 1st performance, but the 2nd one sucked .......... bad
but what do i know?
