These guys are bloody amazing and are well deserving of their own thread. I would like any BG fans to post anything related to them in here. I would really like to discuss BG with some other fans.

They're pretty good.
I have Somewhere Far Beyond, Nightfall In Middle-Earth and A Night At The Opera.
I actually prefer Demons & Wizards :-D

ANATO = one of the best cds I've ever gotten.
The orchestration on that is unbefreakinglievable, Hansi's vocals are brilliant, and the choir is great as well. Not to mention that all the instrumentation is absolute perfection.

NFIME is my favorite album by them
Blood tears is my favorite song by BG.
They are one of my three ultimate favorite bands in existence.
I own Nighfall in middle earth, A night at the opera, Imaginations from the other side, Tales from the twilight world, and Battallions of fear. All amazing albums.

Blind Guardian are great. I've kinda gotten tired of them now, and prefer hammerfall over them, but I used to listen to them non stop 24/7. Nightfall in middle earth is a great album. Lots of great tracks on it.

I have almost all of their albums. Nightfall In Middle Earth is great. But I must say, the sound quality of their music sucks. Is it the production, or just the recording that makes it sound bad?

I made a thread of them a while ago, got closed because there was aready one but anyways,
Blind Guardian are my second Favorite band. I dont own any of their albums, but Im Getting Imaginations from the other side and ANATO soon. I love Hansi's voice. Cool solos and rythms...All in all a great band.

Yeah, the orchestra and choirs are awsome,Hansi's finest vocals IMO.
Ive heard half that album, like all of them. And Then There was Silence is a 10 on 10 no doubt about it IMO.
I just got their first 2 albums through in the mail. They are so different to the latter stuff. Still really good though.
Favorite song is And Then There Was Silence by far.

Blind Guardian seems to be an acquired taste to many, but I think that they are very good. I love A Night At The Opera, but sometimes the orchestration can get overdone a bit, but the pros definitely outweigh the cons! *rock on*

I absolutley love Blind Guardian. They have such amazing songs, but among most of my friends they are unappriciated. Their work is almost genious to me because of how well their sound is and how "out there" their lyrics all in some fantasy type setting.
I love it, I need to buy the albums I don't have. I do have 5 though, so that suites me quiet fine.

That one was quite different from previous albums, just because of all the added things in between each songs. Either way, that is an amazing album in itself. I love that album, "Nightfall" among other songs really stand out.
My favorite album of Blind Guardian is probably Imaginations from the Otherside. That album to me screamed "HEY THIS IS AMAZING AND IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT DIE" to me. I really enjoyed every song on that album. I will probably listen to one of their albums before the night ends.

That albumn opener,Imaginations From The Other Side is probably my favorite song by Blind Guardian.

too right! such an awesome song, that and Into the Storm are my favourites on Nightfall over middle-earth. imaginations from the other side is good, but not as good as nightfall... IMO.

Yes that song is realy good, but honestly, Any Blind Guardian chorus is awsome. But one of my favorites is the one in Valhalla. Especialy at the end when theres the lead guitar in the back.
