Alright, with low action, will there be fretbuzz?
Or is it abnormal?

there shouldn't be . . . if you want to get your action lower without buzz, you may need your truss rod adjusted
You can do it yourself, but most people seem to not recommend that (it can snap your neck or something; I do it all the time anyway . . .)

So, if i have neck warp, is it dangerous?

my frets buzz because i have low action

its perfectly normal

as long as u cant hear it through the amp (unless ur playing on clean) then its fine

if u mess with the truss rod u will warp or bow ur neck making it harder to play and excessive abnormal buzzing because ur frets will raise and lower in certain places etc

unless you adjust it so it's straight, in which case your guitar will sound good.

You mean Petrucci has buzz too?

You can get some buzz, even if your guitar is set-up right depending how you play, etc. It's not normal to get a LOT of buzz.

The truss rod can straighten the neck, or give you a little more relief. If you adjust the truss rod, know that you should make small adjustments (like 1/8 or 1/4 turn) then play it, and allow the neck to adjust to the rod adjustment. If adjustments do not do anything or if the rod does not turn, or if you just don't feel comfortable with this - bring it to someone knowledgeable to help.

Also, if you go lighter on strings, the reduced stress on the neck will cause it to bend back a bit more, which raises the neck a bit towards the strings. So make sure you are happy with strings before you mess around too much, getting that perfect set-up.

Fender's site has a little about set-ups/truss rods.

Go to a music store and get a setup done. Only go to a good store though, I'd suggest a smaller one where they actually know what they're talking about.
