Well i mainly like rock, bit o metal though not game enough to tune down guitar. Got a begginers guitar J & D Luthers. My amp now doesnt produce the greatest sound and christmas is comin so im in market for something decent.

I have to say im impressed by the line 6 amps and would definetely consider gettin one
Just don't get a Marshall MG! It's like fuzz in a box. Line 6 is a good choice, is this USD?
not game enough to tune down guitar
Why not?

If anyone can recommend anything better than a line 6 for under AU$400 give us a yell.
Ah, you're an Aussie. Cool. Line 6 is probably the best for your budget, though. Remember to try them out.

Look into the roland cubes too, maybe the vox valvetronix too. I like 'em a lot better than the spidey
