Finger Positioning For These Chords...

Okay, I'm self taught so I've most likely got pretty bad technique.

I'm wondering, what fingers do you go about using for chords like this:

---7---
---7---
---5---

Do you barre the seventh fret with you ring finger?

I don't want to start doing it the wrong way and get used to playing it wrong.

I would personally play a bar with my little finger and the 5 with a bar my index finger (just because its comfortable).

Hmm, personally I think it's more comfortable using my ring to bar the sevens.

I think my pinky's weird. It just wont stay flat to the neck even if I push it with my other hand :s

I use index and ring, there really isnt any right or wrong way as long as you ring the chord out clean and its comfortable for your hands.

Then do it that way. Do it however is comfortable for you.
