singing help please

hello all, I've been writing lyrics for some time now and playing guitar too but (un)fortunatly the time has come for me to do a gig without a singer to sing them and I'm totally bricking it because I'm terrified that I can't sing. Any tips? I need to be able to sing by thursday and I'm so so so scared but also incredibly excited. *sigh*. any tips? please?

first of all get us to hearing your voice
and second of all theres like a million threads on this in the jam session
but it toke like 6 months for my singer to get half way decent and our screamer still cant sing so yea good luck on the over night thing

just play real loud so they cant hear ya
