sound systems?

Yes, thats right. Sound systems! I've been wanting a new one for a while now as the one I currently have is starting to pack in and simply looks outdated!

The one I've been looking at is a 'virtual surround' 2.1 system form sony - looks pretty nifty, and no wires all over the house! That will keep the girlfriend happy! Was hoping someone here had heard one already? Or know of one that is better? :confused:

If you want to have a good sound system, try buying Competition Subs, and speakers.

i just bought a new one as set up i used to use (a logic3 playstation speakers/sub) slowly croaked, i paid 140 pounds (uk) for a goodmans 1990 micro system (1990 isnt the date it was made btw lol) and its really good. It has a 130W output and has Dolby 5.1 surround aswell as a Virtual surround sound option which is nice for listening to cd's. It obviously plays dvd's aswell and all in all im pretty pleased with it.
