For everyone who said the other one had no groove or musicality:

Its been a long established fact that he has Groove and Musiciality :thumb:

But yeah this is a real stamp and twist on the testicles of Sheehans haters. Jealousy is such a negative trait.

it had groove, but it was annoying as hell to listen to. What distortion is he using, i love his tone

can't say i really enjoyed that, but damn that man can play the bass. At the end of the day i don't really give a sh¡t bout flaming on here, i really didn't think that was that groovy, not in a fingersnapping, soul moving sort of way

I actually thought that was pretty cool. The man is a frigging monster.

if he laid off the distortion, screechy harmonics and tapping, then that would have been better than it was.

It still sounded bad to me. He clearly has the technique, he just can't put it to something I like.

I also agree with ep.

On a side note: Can Sheehan play slowly?

I never really had beef with sheehan's playing, but i think he is a wanker sometimes. I enjoyed this video and I enjoyed the other one posted (i think it was google video one). People, he has groove. he has his own groove though. He fits in the pocket with what he does, and to me that's what groove is. Sure it's not a finger snapping groove but it's there. It just doesn't make sense for him to be doing a jazzy groove when he's surrounded by marshall stacks and drums with double kicks. that being said, it was a good video.

You do realize that being funky or soulful is not the only way to groove, don't you?

Precisely.

I got my BSP for $440, and it was a display model. They go new for $500.
