i just got this game and its sad i gotta run it on low settings ( i need more ram and a new graphics card) . but still the graphics are great and the game is pure fun!

its a stright-linear fps, so dont compare to stuff like HL2 or FEAR. its like comparing turn based stragety to RTS.

It is decent. I'm at the part with the EMP bombs, early on. I've been playing other new games lately instead since this game doesn't offer anything new. Hopefully the multiplay will be good, I have yet t try it.

i found quake 1, cracked & ready to roll, on my computer the other day... baaaad graphics =P

I completed it the other week, I loved it fantastic graphics. I figured the AI out after like 2 days which made it abit too easy. Still a great game though

most people might argue that it is and bla,bla,bla....so to advoid that i put it as a non-linear game. personally i hated HL2 i cant see the great hype of it, the first one was nice but not the second.

my biggest problem with HL2 was the colour schemes and weaponry, the entire game was grey, brown or green and all the weapons were fairly boring. The weaponry in games like Quake IV and Far Cry is alot more varied and cooler looking

i dont have much complain with them, the detail and stuff is nice. but there are certain parts in the game that were tooo long , the water hazard level, highway 17, made it lose the atmosphere. then of course the AI ( i still got no idea why people claim its good) the AI is terrible, they know how to call backup and thats all. the weapons are mostly repeats of the previous HL. the story is terrible. good game but nowhere near the best like people hype it up to be.

You can't be serious. Far Cry has the same assault rifle like 3 times using the same ammo. A useless melee and pistol, the SMG's were too weak to bother using. Just about the only good gun was the shotgun. All of which have the same grey tone to them.

A really sweet part is when you are turned into a Strogg. I haven't gotten much further then that though.. I was playing so many pc fps that I kinda got sick of them so I'm taking a break from them.

that doesnt do much except boost your health/ amour and lets you read strogg language.

Yea but it was cool watching the guy in front of you, then having it happen to you.
