Anyone know how to them? I got old spares that I wanna turn into bracelets,so does anyone got instructions on how to make them into bracelets?
Wrap the string around itself the way it comes in the package. It's actually quite easy.

To tell the truth, they're not that comfortable, unless you use the D or G stings perhaps. The thicker strings were just way to rigid and annoying.
I usually use the D or A, the E string is a little too heavy and too thick to wrap anyway.
This would be great with flatwounds.

 me too, but i cant remember what i did or where i put my old strings
If you want to do it, you will probably have to put it on your fretting hand wrist. I made the mistake of putting it on my other hand and scratched my bass while playing slap.

Yeah, anything I wear on my wrists always has to go on my left hand becuase of that, except wristbands. It feels wierd to me, lol

I just tried it with a spare D string. It felt and looked stupid, so I took it off. Now I'm eating an apple.

I've thought of making watchbands from bass strings before; I may give it another try in the future.

i'm gonna try get a pick with the bass clef stamped on it, then put it around a bass string and wear it as a necklace.
then again, maybe i won't.
i probably won't

^That'd be weird, cos the string would be heavier than the pick hanging off it. Unless you had a pick made of lead. That'd be cool.

that'll be pretty cool^^^

yeah, i was thinking of getting a metal pick made, and having the bass clef stamped into the moulding, but it'd weigh a ton, and the string would be really rigid
edit: i still wanna get the pick with the bass clef o it though, even if i have to put it on a proper necklace

the only trouble is they dont flex wiht your arm, so if you lift up heavy things sometimes it hurts a little

Tbh, I can imagine it looking seriously lame. If you want something to wear on your wrist get a proper chain or a watch.

I like the bass clef pick idea though! I knew someone who wore a pick they got off their favourite guitarist on a chain

 I found that way funnier than I should have!
I don't think they look stupid at all. Actually, several people at my school have asked me to make one for them. I have run out of strings to give away several times.
