On Metallica's Justice For All Album.....the bass

That's always the complaint about that cd.... the lack of bass. Hopefully it was unintentional. Who knows?

its not that the bass was blended in with the guitars, it's that the volume of the bass was almost nonexistant. this was due to jason's absence at the mixing sessions. i hope that helps answer your question some :thumb:

Well no i didnt just figure this out but I was looking at the bass tab for Blackened and it follows James part the whole song. I have that Metallica Riff by Riff book and the bass parts are all identical to the rythm guitar parts.
