Bass Distortion Mods

I'm planning to modify my Boss DS-1 to make it more bass compatible, since it takes away the low-end of my bass. Any suggestions? I already have a schematic of it.

mmm its not particularly easy... while a schematic will logically set out the circuit... in reality its very difficult to compare the schematic to the actual circuitry (unless you have an in-depth knowledge of electronics?

My guess (and I'm relying on knowledge thats very far away in my mind) would be that theres one, or a few capacitors/resistances that have to be changed. And although the welding and actual work might not be hard you'll have to search and compare the schematics to the circuit.

If you can do that you should be all set. Wait for a techie to get in b4 doing anything...

don't even bother modding a boss pedal. it'd be hard. buy a new one. get a muff.
