VCD help

I've got an avi file that I want to burn to vcd or svcd. Nero says I need a plugin, which I can't find. Is there a free program that will let me do this?

I use WinAVI Video converter. It works really well. I got it from a torrent, but I'm sure you can find a copy if you are good at the interweb.

Edit: They have a free download, but then you have to get a serial number to make videos without the watermark, which can easily be found. :shifty:
