View Full Version : Trophy Scars / Saetia
I really like Trophy Scars, but I can only find their songs on Pure Volume. Does anyone know where I can find more?
Also can anyone reccomend any songs by Saetia that I should listen to, the only ones I've heard so far are "Venus and Bacchus" and "Some Natures Catch no Plagues" both of which are amazing.

Saetia: Just get the Retrospective compilation. It basically has everything that they've done of any importance.
Trophy Scars: Search Soulseek.
If you don't havce Soulseek, get it at www.slsknet.org

Notres Langues Nous Trompent, Postlapsaria, The Sweetness And The Light, An Open Letter. The rest isn't that good.
Lies, Sep. The rest it just a little rough around the edges. It took me a while to get into it.

Saetia's screaming in Burden of Reflecting is so f'uckin intense. I also recommend Venus And Bacchus. As for Trophy Scars, they're a great band. I recommend Dreams Of New Orleans, I Play Piano, and Baby Eskimo Kisses.

You arn't that good.
Jesus Christ, so some people don't worship Saetia as much. Get over it.
I know how it is finding Trophy Scars songs. All the songs I have by them are from Purevolume aswell. [Designed Like Dice, and Sleep Little Nemo]
Their official website may have more songs, I've been to it once before but I can't recall if they had downloads or not. In any case, I'm sure they have a thing where you could atleast LISTEN to more songs.
As for Saetia, I only have 4 of their songs, and I'm fairly happy with them all. So I would recommend all four of them. =]
1. Corporeal
2. I Bleed
3. Venus And Bacchus
4. Woodwell
Enjoy.
Edit: Grammatical error.
I Bleed = Notres Langues Nous Trompent.
Even on soulseek it's very hard finding any Trophy Scars.
I find Trophy Scars easily.

No seriously. The guitar sound is awful and there are sooo many better bands out there!! I mean, figures they didn't have more than 20+ people at shows.

Umm. I've got both of the newest trophy scars EPs, I got them over here on www.punkermentality.com (UK) Darts to the sea and most other tracks can be found on Limewire straight away though. Heard they're gunna be re-releasing Darts soon anyhows.
Yeah, they are. Good thing, too. Darts is amazing but something about the production made it kinda... boring. I can't put my finger on it.

I've searched slsk for Trophy Scars so many times, but nothing ever comes up. The only way I got their stuff was from someone YSI-ing me a bunch of random tracks. So I don't even know what songs are off what album.
They're all awesome though.

I found the album I have on Soulseek, but I think it's all I've ever found now that I think about it.
My advice isn't always the best in the world, ya know. :p

I stil love them. They aren't a favorite, but I still love everything I've heard by them. Which of course, is everything they've made. (I think)
