Help finding out a band's name

This has been driving me nuts ever since i found these songs, i accidently downloaded a set of song, since they were under a different title than what they are, i got the first 3 or 4 mislabelled as From Autumn to Ashes songs, and thet're not FATA, and a few more recently mislabelled as Stone Sour songs, i looked up the lyrics on google for one of the songs and it's labelled as "I Can't Belive" by Stone Sour, but blatently is not Stone Sour, anyways, if anyone knows the band who these lyrics belong to
