Hello friends...i have a bit of a delema, i cant really figure out what crust punk is. When i listen to the bands that my friend says is "crust" it just sounds like metal...kinda. Example: Skarp. Are they crust? Just sounds like metal to me. Leftover crack is one too i think but they dont sound metal, and witchhunt is one she showed me...i would just want to know what crust is. thanks.

Crust is a modern scene that is sort of revitalizing anarcho. Some good crust bands to get you started are Behind Enemy Lines, Aus-Rotten, and Witch Hunt. Very good stuff, I might add.

Yeah, Leftover Crack are NOT crust, in any stretch of the term. Try Aus-Rotten, Caustic Christ, Antischism, or Witch Hunt.
Also, I must say, Skarp is very good live. They played here with Toxic Narcotic.
