i was wondering if any of you have dealt with this site. i found some decent stuff on it i just dont know whether its worth using the site or just going to a store and getting it. they have a pretty sweet ludwig maple 5 piece like bonhams and i was thinking of getting it but they also have it at the long and mcquade here so, what should i do?

If there's a guitar center near you, go there. They are linked with musiciansfriend but they often times have way better deals. I got my zildjian ride from a GC for $160 when it was listed on musiciansfriend for $200. I have ordered off their website too though and they are good. they usually have free shipping too.

MF is great. One of the best IMO. I've boughten TONS of stuff off of there(heads, cymbals, stands, etc...)and haven't had one bad experience yet. From my experience also their customer service is top-notch. You can't go wrong with them. I mean they even ship to Canada now(but only certain brands I think at this moment).

Usually, kits come with HH stand, BD pedal, One straight straight stand and one boom stand....

Those douche bags sent me a snare drum and the rim was all bent because the box was handled like a box full of cotton balls and there was no padding whatsoever! So the snare-side head wouldn't sit right! And they wouldn't let me return it! I was so mad, and if it hadn't been the $25 Pulse Pro snare drum, I would have done something about it. :lol:

Yea, i LOVE the site... i've used it on all of my drum purchases... (and two hats :thumb: )
