i know that there are multiple threads on screaming, but is it normal to flex your abdomen when you scream?(screamo screams). sometimes i hurt my thraot but sometimes i dont.....anytips???

not really sure if im using my falseto or full voice when screaming...but i do know the difference when i sing.

I'm not a screamo man but most of what I hear doesnt sound like falsetto. ANd most screams arent falsetto, but are termed falsetto. Most are head.

You shouldnt be worried about your abdomen. It will naturally flex a bit but it shouldnt be too squeezed. You should come from a singing position and thats what you want to shoot for. And you dont have to push at 100 percent or even close to get a good scream.
