The intro to RATM's Calm like a Bomb is a pretty easy bass solo, sounds pretty good too.
Or are you looking for solo songs?

There's a good one in 'the others touch' by ephel duath. Its great just to play as a warm-up, it uses the higher notes of your bass.

Primus's cover of NIB with Ozzy has a nice solo. Also Fish On, another Primus song. Still by Rufio...the intro to Quarantined by At the Drive-In really sounds nice and is easy to play.

a classic one that everybody loves when they hear it is My generation by the Who
Rush - La Villa Strangiato
Not a bass solo, though it is an awesome song to learn and has some insane fills.

I never thought bass could do cymbal sounds :p .
Deep Purple - Pictures of home (Amazingly easy bass solo. But it's kind of fun)
Red Hot Chili Peppers - Aeroplane
Red Hot Chili Peppers - Naked in the Rain
Led Zeppelin - Good Times, Bad Times (There are two... solos... Well, they aren't solos, more like fills, but are quite fun to play)
Rancid - Maxwell Murder (Can be quite hard at parts)
Those are only rock, as I don't think you would be interested in jazz, nor dream theater as he uses 6 strings.

Something I played live that went down well was the "Bass Doodle" from Metallica's Cunning Stunts DVD. If you can get someone to play the lead part it sounds pretty nice whilst being pretty easy
