View Full Version : Where to buy merch?
One Step Beyond
11-03-2005, 06:43 PM
I need a new wardrobe, and I want to buy some tees and stuff from bands I likie. I don't feel like going to each of their sites and spending all that time. Is there any sites I can go to order merch and stuff for random bands on various labels? I'm wanting some more obscure emo bands and some semi-popular hardcore bands like MLIW and With Honor.
Any suggestions?
Sorry for being lazy. :(

Interpunk and RevHQ. Label sites, ie Level-Plane's website, are always good too.

Go to shows.
That's seriously the best way to do it. Merch is usually fairly cheap at shows, and you can usually find things that can't be bought anywhere else.
I'm not sure if you get a lot of shows in your area, but that's your best bet.

They said interpunk, but look on label sites (Equal Vision, etc.) and get merch off there.

I get all my CD's from distro. I usually buy shirts at shows, but sometimes I'll buy from interpunk. especially if I have some spare cash, and I don't want to wait like, months for a band to come back in town.

I buy merch at shows, but we don't get very many of my favorite bands in this area since we are so small. I don't have the gas money or means to travel very far to see bands either.
I'm mainly looking for merch by some more obscure bands, such as Hot Cross, Saetia, The Kodan Armada, Orchid and such. I'm not sure if these bands even have merch though.

Depends where you live. Interpunk would be good for east coast. RevHQ would be good for west coast. Merchnow.com is good depending on what you want. And there's tons of other places too.

I live in kentucky, which is closest to the east coast. interpunk doesn't have many of the bands I'm looking for either. It seems to be mostly more popular groups.

Check out Revhq.com then. They have a really good selection of music and a decent selection of shirts/etc.

Shirtkiller.com has cool Hot Cross and Coliseum shirts. It seems to be connected with Lousiville hardcore somewhat. Where is Hot Cross actually from? I'll crap my britches if they're from here.
http://www.29northrecords.com has Hot Cross and Transistor Transistor T-shirts and sells tons of Level-Plane cds for really really cheap. check it out.

29North is basically Level Plane distro with a different name. :thumb:
Badskulls.com or just hit up some kids who are screening shirts. Most of the bands you listed don't have shirts.
I know Will Killingsworth is doing some Orchid shirts soon, hit him up.
Cleanplate.com
You ever ordered any vinyl of 29northrecords, torn?
