I like OAR. If you like those bands you'll definitely like them. They get a bad rep sometimes because they are extremely popular and people just get sick of them. You get some idiot fans who think they are amazing and I can see how that can make people sick of them. They're certainly not amazing, but they are pretty good. The two cds I have of them are In Between Now and Then and Any Time Now which is live. Both are pretty good. They can get kind of old sometimes but I enjoy listening to them once in a while. I'd buy Any Time Now if you can find it relatively cheap. I prefer that to In Between Now and Then.

I saw them on Jay Leno last night (maybe two nights ago) and I wasn't impressed at all. Just your standard pop-rock band.

- Yea, theyre pretty good. You'll like them if your into stoner rock. But theyre kind of a different genre. I put them in the "white reggae" genre. Example of bands like them would be: Sublime, Mystic Roots, ect. Check out the songs "Crazy Game of Poker" and "Hey Girl".

If you like the bands mentioned, I don't see why you wouldn't like O.A.R. You can buy the albums if you want, but their best work is live performances. Archive.org has some good free concerts if you wanna check them out

Too soft, but they are alike those other acoustic bands.

Not a big fan of O.A.R. They are a bit to poppy for my liking, but I have friends who love them.
