OK, so I have about 4 months in on bass and can play about 18-20 songs all the way through, however my band wants to learn this one and I am struggling a bit.

My question is, does anyone else know/play this one and do they find that opening riff extra speedy or is it just me?? Also, it seems like there's a fair amount of "walking" throughout the song, making it rather difficult for a newbie.

Anyway, just wanted to see what others thought and/or if anyone ahs advice on it? Thanks-

Just take it slow, like half speed or so, learn to play it with no mistakes, then gradually speed it up.

Should be a bit easier that way. :wave:

Thanks, that's what I am doing and it is coming along. I just wanted to see if anyone was like "Dude, that song is SOO easy" and I was missing something. I'll keep working at it.
