What do you think id the greatest thing about new GTA games? I got into an argument with someone who claimed that the best thing about them is the story, I could not disagree more, I play them because I love exploring and love the open ended gameplay and doing cool **** like driving fast and shooting people.
I need other peoples opinions.

I'd say the exploring as well although SA completely killed that element with the poor draw distance. That and the new vehicles

I look forward to a lot of things. Mainly exploring and looking forward to the fun unique missions. I hate how, because there's so many missions, they're repetitive and boring. I know what I don't look forward to is when you're playing it and then it just loses its appeal. Hm thinking about my post I'm trying to think why I like these games, probably over played them....

The radio stations and Lazlow.

Second'd.

That and the exploration/random killing appeal. The storyline itself gets boring pretty fast.

As was said before, the exploration. I always look forward to seeing whatever I can of the area that I'll be wreaking havoc in. The havoc wreaking itself...kind of an afterthought.

The story, the exploration, freedom to kill ect. Is what I like. Plus seeing what's new.

New features. For instance, I was pysched when I heard you could jump out of moving cars in Vice City, because I'd wanted to do that so much in GTA3. I'm talking stuff that would make it seem like you're playing a crime movie, not extra mini game stuff like horse racing or whatever.

The amazing story and non linear gameplay.

Anyone know when San Andreas is coming back? My little brother said my local Family Video had it...

I should never buy from another video game store again, they probably aren't very big gamers if they believe the hot coffee mod is something easy and common to do...

The entire game. I like the cars mostly and beiong introduced to new stuff.

They were actual songs in GTA3 also, just very obscure ones.

I loved the GTA3 songs, I felt the stuff on head radio really added to the mood of the game. Also flashback with all the songs from Scarface in it. And who could forget chatterbox?

Exploring, and just driving around for hours on end. Also trying to drive off of ramps, and getting on top of random places and jumping.

Just doing crazy things, like the other day I found out you can glide in the hovercraft, so I got to the top of that really tall building in the first city in SA, spawned a hovercraft with the cheat drove off the edge and managed to hover all the way to the beach, a little way to the south west, that was fun.

I stopped playing GTA games after Vice City, they are all the same now, GTA III was by far the most original, long live GTA III, everything else, I have very little time / patience for.

anyone else love jumping off that huge building in san andreas and not using the parachute?

The thing I liked most about the new one is that you can't drown as soon as you get your feet wet. God there were some times in GTA3 and GTAVC that I wanted to kill someone because I drowned after being run off the road.

The mind blowing sameness to each one of them.
