Well heres the story, I was a former member here, for about 3 years, i quit drumming after almost 5 years. I dont know why I quit, I just did. But over the past while Ive been listning to alot of Dream Theater since I now have all of there albums on my Ipod :) . And I dont know how, but I ordered a new kit today, the Mapex M Birch Series, its the 6 for 5 deal (the deal were you pay for 5 drums and get 6) I oredered it off AXE music.com it comes with a ton of hardware, now I just need a couple cymbals and im a drummer, and Im happy to. sorry if thats kind of a confusing tale there, if you have any questions/comments feel free, thanks. Jeff

lol thanks, the kit should be here in a couple of weeks, ill post pics when I get it, and ya it was a lonley 5 years with out them lol, drums were the only thing I was ever good at, and now im wondering what to do for cymbals, any suggestions (I play rock, heavey metal, christian rock, and jazz) so what would be a good set of hihats/crashes, thanks

You've been playin a while! You should know that you should go in and test out the cymbals, and pick out what sounds the best to you! My advice would be not to go with any ZBT ZXT or RUDE's..

It truely is great to be "A Drummer" again lol, its such a nice title to carry if your in a band haha, and ya, for some reason I never have played Wuhans, they jsut seem like the low end cymbals and the AAX seems like the choice to go with, but what is better, AA's or AAX's? its somthing ive been wondering lol, thanks see ya
